The editorial of this 2024 activity report, signed by scientific directors Prof. Guillaume Vaiva and Prof. Thierry Baubet, sets the tone. It's a year in which every member of Cn2r has worked hard to carry out our mission of disseminating and deepening knowledge about psychotrauma, with one aim in mind: to help everyone concerned find their way to appropriate care and recovery.
Trauma isolates, we bring together. It silences, we spread knowledge. It freezes, we move forward. For five years, Cn2r has been striving to transform misunderstanding into knowledge, wandering into support, distress into prospects. In 2024, the world's fractures reminded us of the urgent need to act. Revelations of sexual violence in sport, the rise of sectarian aberrations, the impact of conflict on exiled populations... These are all events that dig deep fissures and leave deep scars. In response, we have strengthened our collaborations,
supported research and published new dossiers to give everyone the tools for understanding and taking action.
