Following the attacks committed in France in 2015 and 2016, French President François Hollande commissioned Juliette Méadel, Secretary of State for Victim Support, to submit proposals for the creation of a national resource and resilience center. Psychological injuries are becoming a major public health issue, not just for victims of terrorism, but for all victims of violence.
Who we are

In December 2016, Françoise Rudetzki submitted a report entitled "For a resource and resilience center: repairing and caring for life".
