The trial of the Paris attacks of November 13, 2015 was held from the beginning of September 2021 to the end of June 2022. These attacks, which hit several sites in the capital, left 129 people dead and 354 injured, not counting the very many psychologically wounded. The first objective of a trial is always judicial. It's an important step for those involved, which also helps to restore the importance of each individual story.

However, the trial can also rekindle painful memories and be particularly trying. For some, the post-trial period can also be a difficult time. There are ways to take care of your mental health and that of your loved ones.

Six years after the event, the usual symptoms of PTSD change. Signs that are usually more discreet become important indicators that the person is in trouble:
→ Instability
→ Reduced efficiency in daily life
→ Withdrawal
→ Mood swings and a negative view of the world
→ Excessive tendency to follow the process, as if "caught up" in it.
